Mind Body medicine focuses on the interactions between the mind and the body, and the powerful ways in which you can participate in your own health and healing. This evidence based 8 -week program will consist of group support and sharing, psychoeducation on various Mind Body Medicine Techniques, and a weekly Experiential hand on exercise to learn different modalities. A commitment to the 8 week program is necessary for the integrity of the group and for the group process.
