Join us on the Winter Solstice, the day with the shortest amount of daylight, leading to the longest night. This night we will gather to recognize and make space for our sorrow and grief, whether it be from a loss of a loved one or the losses felt from a cancer diagnosis, during a time that is heavy with expectations of joy and good cheer. This night we gather in a gentle community so we can find introspection and peace from music, art, words and the compassion of others. We will gather to respect and acknowledge the darkness and find hope in the inevitable return of the light.
Masks are optional in the building. Please do as you are comfortable.
*If you are unable to make 4:30pm, please feel free to join us at whatever time you can.
Weather permitting, a small portion of this program will be held outside, so please dress warmly.
