This class will be centered around how to love and honor and care for ourselves in a way no one else can. Our one-hour class will open with some centering/mindfulness, move toward gentle asanas/movements, lead by breath, involve some mudras/hand yoga to direct our energy, a few mantras ("I am strong, I am love, I am brave," for example), and will close with a nice long savasana/rest coupled with perhaps some essential oils, healing touch, and a poem/reading to close
